Just six points separate the top three heptathletes after the first day of the Hypo Meeting in Götzis as Katarina Johnson-Thompson leads from Olympic champion Nafissatou Thiam at the end of the first day of the IAAF Combined Events Challenge meeting in Götzis on Saturday (27).
